While I shed a few pounds in the last 3 months, I noticed I haven’t really lost my “love handles” a.k.a. belly fat. Now, I’m thinking it’s inborn because I've had it ever since I can remember. LOL!
I read somewhere that just eating healthy will help you lose belly fat, but that didn’t work for me. I also checked out some effective ways of losing belly fat here, but I still haven’t decided what products to try. What about you? Do you have problems with belly fat, too? Have you tried anything that works to eliminate belly fat?
