There was a time not so long ago when my husband was a much leaner man. That’s because he lifted weights then; well, that’s what he told me. As the years go by, however, he started losing muscles and developing body fats, especially around his midsection. Nope, he doesn’t drink alcohol if you think that’s the culprit. It’s just that with his busy work schedule, he doesn’t have time to exercise anymore. Now, I’m on the lookout for the best muscle supplement to help bring back his glory days.
