If I have all the money in the world, I would definitely give lavish gifts to family and friends. That’s my way of telling them they matter so much to me. But since I’m not rich—well, not at the moment--I’ll forego giving expensive presents for the meantime, but I’ll make sure I’ll give the people I love something special that they will always cherish.

Personalized gifts are at the top of my list. I’d like to have the names of those dearest to me engraved on each gift item. These are my top 3 Christmas gifts for women: classic jewelry boxes, solid sterling silver heart bracelets, and cheerful tote bags. For men, I’d like to give the following: pocket watches, business card cases, and executive pen sets. I love giving gifts, and I make sure I have gifts for my loved ones on their birthdays and on Christmas Day. Because of my busy schedule, however, I don’t have time to hop from one store to the next to find the perfect presents for the people who matter to me. I usually end up buying practical gifts for all. I realize now that they will feel more special if I give them personalized gifts instead. Soon, my youngest brother and his wife will move to their new home, and I just found a unique and lovely present for both of them. I hope they’ll like it.
