My husband took us out to an afternoon food trip at Cajun Red Rock, Megamall today. He’s been there several times, but this is only my and my son’s first time to eat in this cozy restaurant. We ordered Redbuttered Squid & Shrimp, Creole Chicken, Supreme Espresso Ribs, and Long Island Iced Tea.

If you’re a seafood aficionado, you will love their Redbuttered Squid & Shrimp. This is really yummy and comes with great-tasting coleslaw, too.

I’m not really a pasta lover, but I enjoyed their Creole Chicken. It’s not too salty and not too bland; it tastes just right.

Now, if you want your ribs a little bit spicy, you might like their Supreme Espresso Ribs. You also get to choose two side dishes. We picked Crispy Mojos and Buttered Veggies.
