“Celebrate good times, come on!” I remember singing this song and loving it as my son and his classmates and the rest of the graduating classes of his school were performing their finale number during their commencement exercise at the Tektite Auditorium of the Philippine Stock Exchange in Pasig City last year. He graduated from Nursery that time. We came in full force to give my son moral support; Justin’s lolo and lola (grandfather and grandmother), his Tito O. and Tita Meann, and his Daddy and I were all present at the ceremony. That’s because we all believe that graduation is a time for celebration.

Because I’m a mom, I want to celebrate every milestone in my son’s life, and graduation even from preschool is no exception. Nope, I didn’t think it was necessary to send holiday invitations for his graduation back then, but I’m sure I’ll arrange for those when he graduates from elementary, high school and college. Now, that’s a little far-off, but hey, don’t all moms think in advance?

2 pensive thought/s:

Hey! We have something in common. That is "Thinking in advance" and oh yes, I wish to be there for my sons in every new milestone of their lives:)
