Have you ever heard of HGH supplements? The acronym HGH stands for human growth hormone, a substance produced by the pituitary gland that plays a major part in how our cells, muscles, and organs develop. The production of this master hormone decreases with age, which results in decreased vitality and diminished sex drive and which makes us vulnerable to heart diseases and weight gain. But did you know that HGH supplements can help you lose weight, too? HGH helps reduce the consumption of glucose by the liver, which leads to unnecessary weight gain. That sounds scientific enough, but I’m still better off losing weight the natural way. What about you?

Because I had hormonal imbalance in 2002, I ballooned to 136 lbs. That’s considered overweight for a 5’1” woman. That’s also the same weight I had when I was about to deliver my son. But even if I gained a lot of weight back then, I never tried diet pills because I was afraid of their adverse effects. If you’re the adventurous type, however, there’s a diet pill for women that promises effective weight loss, skin improvement, breast enhancement, and sexual stimulation. Before trying out CurvaTrim, however, I suggest you find out first what others who have used this product have to say about it.

I’ve always been dubious of anything that has to do with losing weight quickly. That’s why even if I gained a few pounds in the past months, which I’m starting to lose, by the way, I’ve never tried any quick weight loss diets and supplements. The questions that come to mind when new slimming products emerge are: (1) Are these products made of high-quality ingredients? (2) Are there adverse effects associated with the use of these products? (3) Do these products actually deliver what they promise? (4) What do people who tried these products have to say about them? If I’m not satisfied with the answers to these questions based on my research, then these products are not worth buying.

Not being able to fit easily into my pre-pregnancy pants, which used to be a breeze, I know I’ve gained a few inches around the waist, which means I’ve gotten heavier, too. Losing weight doesn’t seem to be a problem when I was in my 20s, but not now. At 38, I feel my metabolism is slowing down, that is, I’m not burning as much calories now compared to when I was younger. It doesn’t help that my work requires me to sit down in front of the computer for 8 hours each day. Getting older and living a sedentary life is not a very good combination, so I’m looking for ways to live healthier. First, I need to find an ideal workout for work-at-home moms like me. Then, I need to cut down my daily rice, red meat, and sugar intake. Finally, I have to look for weight loss supplements to help me trim down.
