As we grow older, our metabolism slows down. That is, we’re not able to burn as much calories now compared to when we were younger. This fact has never been truer to me now that I’m in my late 30s. I know I need to make some lifestyle changes, which include eating right and exercising. Going to the gym is out of the question, however, because I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and I have a three-year-old boy who needs my constant attention. Working out at home is a better option. I just have to decide what fitness equipment to buy. Any suggestions?

treadmill is a good one, we have it at home and i love it.
we have the stationary bike..:)
