My Yahoo account is going crazy, and I don’t know why. I was trying to send messages to my boss and one of our trainees, and I’m directed to a verification page aimed to fight spam. I need to enter the character string shown in a box on that page, but everytime I do that, I always receive this prompt:

Your message was not sent.

The message you composed has not been sent. Such message blocks are usually caused by sending a message whose content has triggered our spam filters, or by sending to too many recipients at a given time. We encourage you to carefully review the recipient list and contents (including URLs therein) of your message before attempting to resend it.

If you think that you received this message in error, or are receiving it persistently, please read this FAQ for more information and to request Customer Care assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

The Yahoo! Mail Team

First, I was just replying to my lady boss’s email, and that certainly was not a spam, and neither was my response to one of our trainees. I was also sending one message to one recipient only and not to too many recipients at the same time.

Could somebody else be using my Yahoo! Account to send messages? That’s one of the reasons, too, listed in their FAQ page on why a Yahoo account can be temporarily blocked from sending messages. The FAQ page says in such cases, one needs to change his password on the Account Info page as soon as one is able to. That’s exactly what I did, but I ended up with “Sorry, the page you requested was not found.”

I did further research and landed on this page to change my password, and it was successful. However, when I logged in again and started sending messages from my account, I'm still getting the same message, that is, that my messages have not been sent.

What should I do? I need help, please!

1 pensive thought/s:

I think one of your recipient, not necessarily yung padadalhan mo now,but maybe previously, they marked your email as Spam, like you sent them something and they sent it to their spam folder.
