Not being able to fit easily into my pre-pregnancy pants, which used to be a breeze, I know I’ve gained a few inches around the waist, which means I’ve gotten heavier, too. Losing weight doesn’t seem to be a problem when I was in my 20s, but not now. At 38, I feel my metabolism is slowing down, that is, I’m not burning as much calories now compared to when I was younger. It doesn’t help that my work requires me to sit down in front of the computer for 8 hours each day. Getting older and living a sedentary life is not a very good combination, so I’m looking for ways to live healthier. First, I need to find an ideal workout for work-at-home moms like me. Then, I need to cut down my daily rice, red meat, and sugar intake. Finally, I have to look for weight loss supplements to help me trim down.

2 pensive thought/s:

Hey, same here. Wait 'til you get to my age (shh...secret!); you'd really need all the help you can get to lose weight.
